100 grams chocolate*, melted & back at room temperature
*use a dark one, with 72% cocoa
100 grams butter, room temperature
1 cup icing sugar
1 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
with a hand mixer, beat the butter until smooth and creamy (about 1 minute). add the icing sugar and beat until it is light and fluffy (about 2 minutes). beat in the vanilla extract. add the chocolate and beat on low speed. increase the speed to medium-high (about 2 minutes).
